welcome, i'm Sophia
One day I decided to turn my passion into a career, and i have never looked back
I graduated from Texas A&M in College Station with a degree in teaching. After teaching for about a year in my hometown, San Antonio, I met my favorite person who I now have the luxury of calling my husband. In all of 9 months, Clayton and I went from dating to being engaged, married, and becoming Floridians. We started our new lives together in Pensacola, Florida in June of 2020 to start off Clayton’s new assignment in the Air Force.
After moving, I continued teaching for about a year and a half. I have always loved teaching and working with kids. I have also always had a love for photography. Ever since I can remember, I have dreamed of turning my hobby and passion into something more. Little did I know, one day my dream would come true! In spring of 2023, we welcomed our precious baby boy, August, making us a family of three! Becoming a mother has been one of my favorite things. I feel so incredibly blessed to be his momma. As a mom, I have found a new appreciation for capturing these special moments and seasons in our lives. Fast forward to summer of 2023- the Air Force brought us to Boise, Idaho and we are LOVING it here!
